Rigging and Repairs
All quoted repairs must be completed unless specifically marked as recommended. To return your equipment to service, required repairs identified by UPT must be completed.
If your equipment requires repairs that you prefer your personal rigger to perform, they must be completed before sending the equipment to UPT.
If you decline any required repairs identified during inspection, all repairs will be declined, an inspection fee will be charged, and your equipment will be returned to you at your expense.
You’ve Shipped your RMA, now what?
- When your equipment arrives at the Rigging Loft, it will be checked-in and inventoried. Your equipment will be inspected, and a quote will be generated. Please review your quote carefully and reply promptly so we can place your equipment in the repair queue.
- The length of time it takes to complete your repair will depend on the complexity of the repair, receipt of parts from production, availability of raw materials, and staffing levels. We endeavor to complete your repairs as quickly as possible.
- Once your repairs are completed in the Rigging Loft, all equipment passes through Final Inspection before arriving in the Shipping Department. You will be contacted at that time to confirm shipping options and to remit payment.
